The entire villa is the only accommodation available: its 200 m² comprise four bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen, for up to eight people. The layout includes four large double beds and two sofa beds. Three bathrooms, some of them private, complete the sleeping areas. This arrangement suits families or groups who want to share the living spaces while retaining several separate areas.

The terrace and balcony overlook the sea, with additional views of the garden, pool and surrounding hills. The private pool, air conditioning, fireplace and soundproofing set the villa apart. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, while the dishwasher and washing machine are useful for longer stays. A barbecue lets you cook outdoors; a flat-screen TV and coffee machine complete the home’s facilities.

The Giens Peninsula, part of Hyères, is a Mediterranean landscape of beaches, coves and pine forests between the sea and lagoons. Coastal paths alternate rocky stretches with small inlets, while the salt marsh nature areas attract birdwatchers and walkers. The area suits travellers who prefer days by the water, water sports and outdoor excursions to city sightseeing.

Badine Beach is 390 m away and Crique du Port-Auguier is 680 m away. The ferry boarding point for Porquerolles, 840 m away, provides access to trips to the island and its trails, beaches and protected landscapes. The peninsula’s natural site extends these landscapes.
