The entire 150 m² villa has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests. The beds comprise two large double beds, two extra-large double beds and two single beds. There are two bathrooms in the house; one of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom. This layout suits families or groups who want to share living areas while having several bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and coffee machine. A dining area, sofa and lounge area complete the shared spaces. Air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing are also provided. The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool; the house also has a balcony and barbecue.

Families can alternate swimming and relaxing at the villa, while visitors interested in sightseeing have convenient access to Cannes’s historic sites and museums. The seafront is ideal for sunny days and has a livelier atmosphere during the summer.

La Bocca Beach is 1.7 km away and provides access to the coastline in this area. For a glimpse of local heritage, Château de la Croix des Gardes and its natural grounds overlook the bay; Château de la Napoule, in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, combines medieval architecture with art collections. In central Cannes, the Musée des explorations du monde displays art and objects from different regions. Le Bosquet railway station is 1.8 km away, and La Frayère and Ranguin stations also serve La Bocca.

In summer, the beaches and seafront promenades are particularly busy; an early start lets you enjoy sightseeing and swimming more peacefully. In spring and autumn, temperatures are often still pleasant for exploring Cannes and Mandelieu-la-Napoule without focusing every outing on the beach. You can spend a day in the neighbourhood and along the coast, then head to central Cannes to explore Le Suquet, its old lanes and views over the harbour. A car makes trips along the coast easier, while the local railway stations offer an alternative for getting around the area.
