Casa sardine

Casa sardine is rented as a whole: the villa has three bedrooms, a living room and can accommodate up to six people. Its 120 m² include a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and spaces for sharing meals or relaxing. The layout includes four beds: two single beds and two large double beds. The house is air-conditioned.

The terrace overlooks the garden and extends the living space outdoors. To prepare meals, you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine, among other appliances. The bathroom has a shower or bath, a hairdryer and a toilet; an additional toilet is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services complete the villa’s facilities.

The terrace, garden and outdoor furniture let you enjoy meals or take a break outside. An outdoor dining area and a sun terrace complete these facilities. A barbecue and the equipment needed to use it are available. Sun loungers or beach chairs are also provided, and yoga classes are among the facilities on offer.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped for preparing meals: you will find an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine, a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with a streaming service. Private parking is free, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.

Cassis is a Provençal port between Marseille and La Ciotat, known for its colourful façades, boats and limestone cliffs. Explore the village on foot, between the quays, the lanes of the centre and the port terraces. The coastline attracts swimmers and walkers alike, while the vineyards of the Cassis appellation shape the surrounding hills. The atmosphere changes throughout the day, from morning boat trips to evening strolls around the port.

Plage du Corton is 470 m away and Plage de la Grande Mer is 610 m away. Château de Cassis overlooks the village and port. For an outing in nature, Calanque de Port-Miou is 2.7 km away; its sheltered waters and the Calanques trails offer another perspective on the coast. Cassis train station is 2.2 km from the accommodation. Marseille-Provence Airport is 34 km away. Private on-site parking makes it easier to get around by car, while the centre and several beaches are within walking distance.

In spring and autumn, the trails let you enjoy the varied terrain without the summer heat; in summer, beaches and boat trips set the pace of the day. It is best to set off early for a walk in Calanques National Park, where access may be regulated depending on the season and conditions. A day could include a morning swim, lunch at the port and a stroll through the lanes or vineyards. Wine lovers can discover the local appellation, whose white wines often accompany seafood. Cooler days are a good opportunity to visit the museum and village landmarks.
