All four rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a terrace. They measure 22 to 28 m² and offer views of the garden, swimming pool or mountains. Three room types are designed for two people; the Triple Room with Terrace can accommodate three guests thanks to a sofa bed in addition to the large double bed. Each double room has a large double bed.

The Triple Room with Terrace is the largest, at 28 m², and has two separate beds. The Double Room with Mountain View measures 26 m² and stands out for its name and its panorama. The Double Room with Terrace offers 24 m², while the Double Room with Garden View, at 22 m², is the most compact. A terrace, views of the garden and hills, and access to a kitchen are among the shared facilities. Some rooms also overlook the swimming pool.

Outside, the private swimming pool is accompanied by sun loungers or beach chairs, parasols and pool toys. The garden, sun terrace, outdoor furniture and dining area let you enjoy the open-air spaces. There is also a picnic area and barbecue facilities. Guests have access to free private indoor parking, with no reservation needed, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, soundproofing and a private entrance. Coffee is available on site; menus for special diets are available on request. The house serves a continental breakfast and has luggage storage. Massages, including full-body massages, and an open-air bath complete the services. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional charge. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a hilltop Provençal village whose lanes, lined with old houses, lead to the ramparts and historic gates. Its atmosphere combines medieval heritage, galleries and artists’ studios. You can stroll around the centre, admire the stone façades and stop at the village squares. The surrounding terrain offers a Mediterranean hill landscape, while the coast and its beaches are accessible by car.

The Fondation Maeght, dedicated to modern and contemporary art, is 2.9 km away. Château Grimaldi in Cagnes-sur-Mer, which houses a museum, is 1.7 km away; the Musée Renoir is another place to discover the region’s artistic history. For a day by the water, Le Neptune Beach is 3.4 km away. Nice offers another excursion, with Place Masséna, museums and city-centre promenades. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is a short drive away. Public transport does not serve the house, so a car makes it easier to travel between the village, coast and hinterland.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks through the lanes and visits to museums, with temperatures often milder than in high summer. In summer, you can alternate a morning in the village with an afternoon on the coast, bearing in mind that the beaches can be busy. You could combine a visit to the Fondation Maeght with a tour of the old town, then finish the day in the house’s garden. Nice and Cagnes-sur-Mer offer other cultural outings when the weather is cooler.
