COTTAGE BELLEVUE offers three double rooms, each sleeping two people and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are shared and include a shower and a bath. The rooms have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining area and outdoor furniture complete the shared spaces.

The Superior Room with Shared Bathroom is the most spacious, at 20 m². It stands out for its views of the garden, city and inner courtyard, as well as its patio. The Double Room with Shared Bathroom is 12 m² and has a city view and a patio. The Standard Room with Shared Bathroom measures 9 m² and also has a city view and a patio. All three rooms have a double bed.

The shared kitchen is equipped for preparing meals on site. It has a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a dining area where you can sit down to eat. The rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the patio; the property also has a garden and sun terrace.

Continental breakfast is served on site. The shared lounge offers an indoor space to relax, while the outdoor furniture and al fresco dining area let you enjoy the patio and garden. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The shared bathrooms have a shower and a bath. COTTAGE BELLEVUE has no parking.

Carnot is a district of Cannes, set back from the coast and connected to central areas by the city's main roads. It has a more residential feel than the seafront, with neighbourhood streets and green spaces. Cannes attracts visitors drawn to its beaches and promenades, as well as those interested in exhibitions, events and Riviera architecture. The district offers a different side of the city, away from the immediate bustle of the Croisette.

Cannes railway station is 1.3 km away and provides access to the regional rail network. The Palais des Festivals and Palais des Festivals Beach are 1.7 km away; Boulevard de la Croisette runs along the coast, lined with beaches, hotels and cultural venues. The Museum of World Explorations, in the historic district of Le Suquet, displays art and objects from different parts of the world. The Bonnard Museum, 1.4 km away, is dedicated to the painter Pierre Bonnard and his work. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 17 km from Cannes.

For a day in the city, you can explore the seafront, visit Le Suquet and spend part of the afternoon at the museums. In summer, the beaches and terraces get busier; spring and early autumn often offer a quieter pace for walking. The Lérins Islands are also an option for a boat trip from Cannes, with trails and Mediterranean scenery to discover there. The city has cultural activity throughout the year, beyond the beach season.
