The house has one bedroom and can accommodate up to four guests. Its layout includes a sleeping area with a double bed and a living room where the sofa bed provides two extra sleeping places. The property covers 40 m² and is on the ground floor. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the accommodation. Garden views and a terrace open onto the outdoors, and the house has air conditioning.

The separate kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A coffee machine and kettle are also available for making hot drinks. The accommodation also has a washing machine, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private entrance. Bed linen and towels are provided. The private hot tub is the house’s distinctive feature.

Grasse stretches across the hills of the French Riviera’s hinterland, amid Provençal villages and roads leading down to the coast. The Plascassier area offers a residential setting away from the old town, while still providing access to perfume-related attractions and nearby villages. A car makes it easier to get around this hilly part of the Alpes-Maritimes; the house has private parking on site.

In central Grasse, the International Perfume Museum traces the history of perfume-making and its traditional crafts. Parfumerie Fragonard also offers an introduction to this tradition. In Mouans-Sartoux, the château houses the Espace de l'Art Concret, dedicated to abstract art. Mouans-Sartoux and Grasse railway stations are 2.5 km and 3.5 km away respectively; Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 18 km away. Cannes and its seafront are also within driving distance.

You can spend a day visiting the perfume houses and strolling through the lanes of old Grasse, then head to the coast to enjoy the sea. In spring and autumn, mild temperatures are well suited to visiting villages and walking in the hills. Summer brings more activity to the French Riviera and warmer weather; it is then best to plan town visits for the morning and spend the hottest hours taking a break in the shade or garden. The region can be explored all year round, with a different atmosphere in each season.
