All rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. Several have a balcony or sea views. They range in size from 13 to 25 m²: the 25 m² room can accommodate four people, while the 20 m² room is suitable for three guests. The 13 m² rooms are designed for two people. Some therefore offer more space or a balcony with a sea view.

Rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a safe, a desk and a dressing area. They also have a mini-fridge. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the rooms for two people; the 20 m² room has a double bed and a sofa bed. Sea views and balconies distinguish some rooms, while a private bathroom and air conditioning are standard in all of them. The 13 m² rooms accommodate two people, while the 20 and 25 m² rooms can accommodate three and four guests respectively.

Nice stretches between the Mediterranean and the hills, with a seafront promenade, pebble beaches and neighbourhoods with distinct atmospheres. Magnan, west of the centre, suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, walks by the water and urban explorations. Coastal light and palm trees accompany your walks, while the neighbourhood’s streets connect the beach with residential areas.

Magnan Beach is 50 m away. Several other beaches line this stretch of coast, including Poincaré and Florida. The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice displays collections in a villa in the Baumettes district; the Musée Masséna, housed in a Belle Époque residence, traces the history of the city and the Riviera, among other things. Further east, Place Masséna opens onto the lively centre, Albert-Ier Garden and Promenade du Paillon. Nice-Ville train station is about 2.8 km away and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 2.4 km away. Local public transport connects you to different parts of Nice.

For a day by the water, you can walk along the coast, choose a nearby beach and then spend the afternoon visiting museums or exploring the city centre. Spring and autumn bring pleasant temperatures for walking and sightseeing; summer means long days at the beach and more visitors along the coast. In the evening, a stroll towards the gardens and squares in the centre lets you discover another side of Nice.
