Esatitude Hotel offers four room categories: Comfort Double Room, Comfort Twin Room, Junior Suite and Family Suite. The two Comfort rooms measure 23 m² and differ in their sleeping arrangements, with either a large double bed or two single beds. Both have a terrace, a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning.

The Junior Suite offers 35 m² and a seating area with a sofa bed, in addition to the large double bed. At 50 m², the Family Suite is the largest; it has a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a bath. All four categories include a flat-screen TV and are soundproofed. The suites suit travellers who want a separate living area, while the Comfort rooms offer a simpler layout for two people.

Esatitude Hotel offers a 24-hour reception, luggage storage and daily housekeeping. You can also request express check-in or check-out. Outdoor areas include a terrace and garden furniture. The tram connects the district to the centre and the seafront; Virgile Barel stop is 200 m from the hotel. Cimiez is ideal for a walk between the Musée Matisse, housed in a Genoese villa, and the remains of the ancient Roman city of Cemenelum. The Nice-Cimiez Archaeology Museum offers a closer look at its history, while the Marc Chagall Museum displays a collection dedicated to the artist’s work. Nice is a year-round destination: the Mediterranean climate makes walks pleasant in spring and autumn, while summer invites you to alternate sightseeing with breaks by the sea. You can start the day with the museums and gardens of Cimiez, then continue through the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice to the seafront. In winter, temperatures are often milder than inland, and museums and historic districts are suitable for visits on cooler days.
