Evelia Hotels offers five room categories: Double or Twin Room, Double Room, Economy Double Room, Triple Room and Single Room. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Soundproofing and a minibar are also common to all categories. Room sizes range from 12 to 17 m², and occupancy varies from one to three people.

The views set several rooms apart: some overlook the inner courtyard, while the Double Room faces the city. The 17 m² room is designed for three people and has one single bed and one double bed. The Double or Twin Room lets you choose between two single beds and one extra-large double bed. Some categories include an electric kettle; the bathrooms come with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

The rooms have free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Depending on the category, facilities include a minibar, a desk and an electric kettle. Luggage storage is available, and the shared lounge includes a TV area. Daily housekeeping is also provided.

Nice-Ville railway station is 500 m away, and tram stops provide access to different neighbourhoods. The Promenade des Anglais runs along the bay and leads to the beaches, including Blue Beach, 890 m away. The Masséna Museum, housed in a Belle Époque villa, traces the history of Nice and the Riviera. Further on, Old Nice invites you to explore its narrow streets, colourful façades and squares; Castle Hill offers views over the bay and rooftops. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is about 6 km away, with a road connection to the city.

Nice can be visited year-round: winters are mild, while summer draws more visitors to the coast. In spring or September, you can combine a seaside stroll with visits to museums and the historic centre, generally in milder temperatures. For a day without a car, take the tram towards the centre, explore the narrow streets of Old Nice, then walk to the seafront. Travellers arriving by train will also find the station close enough to reach on foot with light luggage.
