Fantastic pool villa 900m to the beach; with extravagant big garden

The entire villa is the only accommodation available. It has five separate bedrooms, two lounges and four bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of twelve guests. Its 265 m² provide space for a group to gather in the communal areas while retaining separate bedrooms. The layout includes five large double beds and a sofa bed. One bathroom has a bath and a shower; the other bathrooms complete the facilities in the house.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with an oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge and coffee machine, among other appliances. Air conditioning, a fireplace and a washing machine are among the villa’s facilities. The balcony and terrace overlook the garden, private pool and mountains. The barbecue lets you cook outdoors, while the seating area and two lounges offer several places to get together.

The heated private pool has a shallow end and salt water. The garden, balcony and sun terrace offer several outdoor spaces, with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols. A barbecue and outdoor dining area let you eat outside. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

Inside, the villa has two lounges, a fireplace, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas. Free private parking is available on site and does not require advance reservation. Pets are allowed on request, and a supplement may apply. Hiking, cycling, fishing, tennis, golf within 3 km and water sports are among the possible activities. The beach is 900 m away.

Sainte-Maxime stretches along the Var coast, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This seaside resort combines sandy beaches, a marina and lively streets around the old town. The seafront draws swimmers and sailors; residential neighbourhoods, gardens and golf courses also give the town a quieter character away from the promenade. The villa is in this coastal area, close to the beaches.

The Myrtes Botanical Park, 800 m away, offers a walk among Mediterranean plants. Guerrevielle Beach is 1.6 km away; other beaches line the bay. Sainte-Maxime town centre and ferry terminal, 1.9 km away, provide access to the seafront and crossings across the gulf to Saint-Tropez. In Saint-Tropez, the Annonciade Museum displays works associated with painters who stayed on the coast. Beauvallon Golf Course attracts those who enjoy playing by the sea. A car makes it easier to explore the coastline and villages inland.

Summer is the busiest season, with days spent at the beach, enjoying water sports and evenings around the port. In spring and September, temperatures remain pleasant for combining swimming, walks and sightseeing without the summer crowds. For a varied day out, you can start at the town-centre market, spend the afternoon on a beach along the gulf, then take the boat to explore Saint-Tropez. Coastal paths and roads to Provençal villages offer other ways to discover the region.
