Accommodation includes single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, a family room for six people, as well as beds in mixed dormitories of various sizes. Private rooms have a private bathroom and air conditioning. Several are equipped with a refrigerator; some also include a TV or safe. Bed configurations vary by category: single bed, double bed, twin beds or bunk beds.

Family rooms and dormitories suit group stays, while single and double rooms accommodate solo travellers or couples. The dormitories here have four, six, eight or ten beds. For more space, two apartments stand apart from the rooms: one measures 39 m² and has a kitchen, dishwasher and a view; the other includes a kitchenette. Bed linen is provided in the rooms. The old town, with its narrow lanes and colourful façades, offers a different atmosphere just a few streets from the seafront.

The Palais Masséna, now a museum dedicated to the history of Nice, is nearby, as are the beaches of the bay. Place Masséna and Jardin Albert-Ier form a promenade between the seafront and the city centre. In Vieux-Nice, the market on Cours Saleya, the Baroque churches and the little streets invite you to take your time; Colline du Château offers views over the rooftops, the port and the coast. Nice-Ville train station is about 900 m away, making regional trips convenient. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 3.6 km away; the tram connects the airport to the city centre.

In spring and autumn, mild temperatures are well suited to sightseeing on foot and outings along the coast. In summer, the sea and beaches set the pace of the day, while the city-centre streets remain lively in the evening. You could start the day at the Vieux-Nice market, continue with a visit to the Palais Masséna, then finish with a walk along the Promenade des Anglais at sunset. For a change of scenery, regional transport also makes it possible to reach other towns on the French Riviera.
