Rooms range from the Economy Single Room to double, triple and quadruple categories. Depending on their configuration, they accommodate one or more guests and measure between 12 and 25 m². Air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV are among the shared amenities. Beds vary by category: a single bed, a double bed or several single beds.

Some rooms stand out for their views of the inner courtyard, while others offer an electric kettle or a minibar. The triple and quadruple rooms have several beds, making them practical for sharing with family or travelling companions. Several categories have bathtubs, with a shower or bathtub depending on the room. The Superior Twin Room adds a courtyard view and a minibar. The room sizes and configurations let you choose a room suited to solo travel, a couple or a small group.

The Musée Masséna, housed in a Belle Époque villa, traces the history of Nice and is 380 m away. Sporting Plage and Lido Plage are a few minutes’ walk from the neighbourhood. Place Masséna and Jardin Albert Ier open onto the Promenade du Paillon, a long landscaped public space linking the centre with the old town. Nice-Ville train station, 700 m away, makes it easy to travel by train along the coast. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 3.8 km away and can be reached by road.

Nice is pleasant to explore on foot, alternating seafront walks with the streets of Vieux-Nice and visits to its museums. In summer, the beaches and promenade attract more visitors, while the cooler seasons are well suited to city walks and cultural visits. For a varied day out, visit the Cours Saleya market, wander through the old lanes, then take time to walk along Quai des États-Unis at sunset. Rail services also make it possible to explore the towns of the French Riviera without a car.
