Hôtel de Provence offers several types of accommodation, from single rooms to suites, studios and apartments. The hotel rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV; some overlook the courtyard or garden. You can also choose rooms with a balcony or terrace, as well as a Penthouse Suite with a seating area and views of the sea, garden and mountains.

The studios and apartments are 100 metres from the hotel, where check-in takes place. They include a kitchen area or kitchenette, with varying facilities such as a fridge, microwave, kettle or dishwasher. Their sizes range from 14 to 80 m². Bedding varies by room: a single bed, double bed, large double bed or sofa bed. The Family Room is on the ground floor and is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The communal areas include a garden, outdoor furniture and several terraces, including a sun terrace. The patio adds to these spaces for relaxing, and the bar serves regional wines and refreshments. There is also a café on site; continental breakfast can be served in your room. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

For your day-to-day comfort, the property offers luggage storage, a concierge service and private or express check-in and check-out. Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available. Cannes suits visitors drawn to the sea as well as those looking to explore a Côte d’Azur city while still enjoying urban walks.

The Croisette runs alongside the beaches and grand hotels, while the Palais des Festivals hosts trade fairs, concerts and events, including the Cannes Film Festival. The Vieux-Port and the Le Suquet neighbourhood offer a different side of the city, with steep lanes, old houses and views over the bay from the heights. The Musée des explorations du monde, housed in Le Suquet’s medieval castle, displays collections of art and objects from different continents. Cannes railway station, 450 m away, makes regional travel easy; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 17 km away. The property does not have parking.

For a day by the water, you can walk along the Croisette, stop at the beach and then head back to the centre on foot. A boat trip to the Lérins Islands lets you visit Lérins Abbey on Île Saint-Honorat or explore the paths and Fort Royal on Sainte-Marguerite. In summer, the beaches are very busy and the heat makes it worth planning visits for the morning or late afternoon. Spring and the shoulder season bring milder temperatures for exploring Le Suquet and the coastal promenades.
