Hôtel du Petit Louvre offers five accommodation categories: four studios and one single room. The studios accommodate one or more people depending on their layout, with floor areas of 12 to 20 m²; the single room is 10 m². Every category has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and soundproofing. The studios stand out for their equipped kitchenettes, which are handy for storing or preparing meals. Sleeping arrangements vary between categories: some studios have a sofa bed, while others combine a single bed with a sofa bed. The Studio (3 Adults) is the largest and accommodates up to three people. The Twin Studio also offers two sleeping spaces, in the form of a single bed and a sofa bed. The single room, which has no kitchenette, is for one person.

Nice-Ville train station makes regional travel easy, and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 4.6 km away.

Nice is worth visiting all year round: spring and autumn are pleasant for exploring the neighbourhoods on foot, while summer invites you to swim and enjoy evenings by the sea. A day can begin in the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice, continue with a museum visit or a stop at Albert I Garden, then end on the beach.
