Parc des Expositions tram stop is 200 m away and connects the district with the main areas of the city centre. Nice-Riquier railway station, 600 m away, serves regional routes. Place Garibaldi, with its warm-coloured façades and cafés, marks the entrance to Vieux-Nice; its narrow streets lead to the Cours Saleya market and Sainte-Réparate Cathedral. MAMAC displays modern and contemporary art, while Castle Hill offers a viewpoint over the bay and the rooftops of the old town. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 5 km away.

Nice is a year-round destination: winters are mild, and spring and autumn are good seasons for long walks between the port, the old streets and the seafront. For a day without a car, take the tram to the historic centre, continue to the seafront and finish with a detour up to Castle Hill.
