Hôtel Hermès offers two double rooms, each accommodating two people. The Traditional Double Room measures 12 m² and has a city view, with a partial view of the Old Port. The 11 m² Junior Double Room overlooks the rear of the hotel and has a shower in its private bathroom. Both categories are air-conditioned and soundproofed; they also include a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Their layout meets the needs of a short city break, with a desk and hairdryer among the available amenities.

The main differences between the rooms are their aspect and size: one offers a view of the port, while the other overlooks the rear of the building. Both have a double bed. Accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility can be requested, subject to availability.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a lift and luggage storage. Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. A continental and buffet breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 to 10:30; there is also a café and a bar on site. The rooftop terrace and sun terrace provide outdoor space, while a picnic area and outdoor furniture complete the facilities.

Vieux-Port metro station is 200 m away; Saint-Charles station, about 1.1 km away, connects Marseille with regional and long-distance trains.
