The 53 m² home has two separate bedrooms and can accommodate four guests. It also has a living room, an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second has two single beds. This layout lets you arrange the sleeping spaces for adults and children, or for guests who prefer separate beds.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of its guests and has a private entrance. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV are among the indoor facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A terrace overlooking the pool extends the living space. The accommodation also has a patio and barbecue, while the bathroom has a shower or bath and a hairdryer.

You can explore its old town on foot, passing squares, narrow streets and stone façades. The pace is typical of a town in the south: stroll through the streets, stop in a square and take time to discover the region’s produce and traditions. There is plenty to do for visitors interested in heritage as well as those drawn to the countryside.

The centre of Saint-Rémy is 2.5 km from the gîte. The Collegiate Church of Saint-Martin and the Musée des Alpilles offer an insight into local history, while the Musée Estrine features works and exhibitions, including ones connected with Van Gogh. At 2.8 km, the Les Antiques plateau and triumphal arch mark the entrance to Glanum, an ancient Roman town whose ruins are worth visiting. Tarascon, whose railway station is 11 km away, provides regional rail connections. Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes Airport is 30 km away.

The Alpilles are ideal for walking or cycling, with routes through hills, pine forests and olive groves. Spring and autumn are pleasant seasons for outdoor activities, while in summer you can plan visits for early in the morning and enjoy the pool afterwards. You could spend a day exploring Glanum, strolling around the centre of Saint-Rémy and relaxing at the gîte. By car, you can also explore the Provençal villages and landscapes nearby.
