Kon Tiki offers one- and two-bedroom bungalows, as well as adult-only studios. The accommodation has a private bathroom and air conditioning; the bungalows also have a kitchen or kitchenette, a living area and a terrace. Depending on the category, the terrace overlooks the sea or the garden. The accommodation ranges from 26 to 36 m². Some two-bedroom units are in the second row from the beach or on the beach side, while others are set in a garden. Family layouts include an extra bedroom and, depending on the bungalow, a sofa bed.

The two adult-only studios have a private entrance and a terrace; one offers a sea view and the other a garden view. Both have a hot tub. Kitchen facilities vary by category: some include a dishwasher, while the studios have a kitchenette or a minibar. Beds range from a double bed to layouts with single beds and a sofa bed. Each category name describes a different layout or location.

The outdoor areas include a private beach, a garden and a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture. The outdoor swimming pool is another place to relax, while the spa brings together a sauna, hot tub, massages and body treatments. A fitness centre, yoga and fitness classes, and a personal trainer are also available. Families have access to a kids’ club, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a games room.

Activities on offer include water sports, diving, mini golf, table tennis, cycling and hiking. Bike tours, walking tours and experiences centred on local culture add to the leisure options. For dining, the resort has a restaurant, a bar, a snack bar and a café; a continental breakfast is served buffet-style. Indoor parking is free and includes an electric vehicle charging station. The reception is open 24 hours a day, concierge service is available, and an airport shuttle can be arranged. There is also a mini-market on site.

Ramatuelle and the Pampelonne area form a Mediterranean landscape of beaches, pine forests and vineyards, south of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The atmosphere changes with the seasons: long summer days draw swimmers and water sports enthusiasts, while coastal paths and villages offer more peaceful outings outside the busiest periods. Pampelonne Beach, known for its long stretch of sand, is 800 m away.

The village of Ramatuelle, 3.7 km away, invites you to explore its old streets and small squares. Saint-Tropez, 4 km away, brings together the port, the colourful façades of the old village and the Citadel, which houses a museum devoted to maritime history. Place des Lices is another place to stroll in the town centre. Nearby wine estates offer a chance to discover the Provençal landscape and its wines. A car makes it easier to travel between the beaches, villages and various sites on the peninsula; the resort can arrange an airport shuttle on request.

In summer, plan beach outings for early morning or late afternoon, when the light brings out the coastal contours. You can combine a day of swimming at Pampelonne with a stroll through Ramatuelle’s narrow streets and a visit to Saint-Tropez. Spring and late season are suited to walks and visits to wine estates, with fewer visitors than in the height of summer. The markets and village streets also offer a chance to discover the products and traditions of the gulf.
