L'Irisciabella

L'Irisciabella offers three double rooms for two people and a three-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to six people. All the double rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a terrace. They range in size from 18 to 20 m². Depending on the room, you will also find a balcony or patio, with views of the garden, pool or town.

The Deluxe Double Room with Château View combines a balcony with views of the garden and town. The Double Room with Garden View offers a leafy outlook, while the Double Room overlooks the garden and pool. For a group stay, the Villa with Private Pool offers 200 m², three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a terrace. It has its own pool and can accommodate six people.

L'Irisciabella has a saltwater outdoor pool and a garden where you can relax on the outdoor furniture or enjoy the sun terrace. A patio and picnic area complete the outdoor spaces. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided for relaxing. The rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking; some are family rooms and are located on the ground floor.

Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Indoor facilities include a games room and an indoor play area. The rooms have a private bathroom, a shower or bath, towels and bed linen; some also have garden views. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. The shared kitchen and bedside sockets complete the facilities.

Lourmarin is a village in the Luberon, in the south of Vaucluse, with old lanes, stone façades and squares where you can take your time wandering. Its Renaissance château overlooks the outskirts of the village and recalls the region’s seigneurial past. Life moves at the pace of a Provençal village: you can alternate walks, visits and breaks in the squares, amid a landscape of hills and vineyards. This stop suits travellers who want to discover several Luberon villages without giving up the atmosphere of a lively village.

Château de Lourmarin is 950 m from L'Irisciabella; its rooms and collections offer an insight into the site’s history. Lourmarin centre is within walking distance, with streets and façades to explore on foot. For more sightseeing, the villages of Puyvert and Cadenet are nearby. Pertuis railway station, 14 km away, connects the area to the regional rail network; a car makes it easier to explore the villages and landscapes of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. Marseille-Provence Airport is 36 km away.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to walk around the villages and visit heritage sites in milder temperatures. In summer, the days are hot and Lourmarin attracts more visitors; it is then enjoyable to visit the château in the morning and save the hottest hours for a break in the shade or by the pool. In late June and July, lavender fields add colour to some parts of the Luberon. A day can combine a stroll around Lourmarin, a visit to the château and an excursion to a nearby village.
