The accommodation comprises two double rooms and two suites, all with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The double rooms are 20 m²; one has a balcony and views of the garden, pool and mountains, while the other has a terrace overlooking the garden. Both are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a minibar.

The Suite with Mountain View offers 50 m², a seating area, a balcony and views of the surrounding hills. At 100 m², the Superior Suite is the largest and stands out for its kitchen, dishwasher and patio; it overlooks the garden, mountains or inner courtyard. The suites also have a terrace and a flat-screen TV. Sleeping arrangements vary by room, with double beds or a combination of single beds and a double bed.

The outdoor areas include a garden, outdoor furniture and terraces, including a sun terrace. The heated outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and a fence; an open-air bath adds to the relaxation facilities. Massages for the body, hands, head, feet, neck and back are available. Indoor parking is free, with an electric vehicle charging station and spaces for guests with reduced mobility.

For meals and breaks, there is a café on site; the accommodation also has a coffee machine or tea maker, and some units include kitchen facilities. Breakfast is served as a continental or buffet option. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi is available. The garden, outdoor dining areas and terraces offer several places to sit during the day.

Gordes stretches across a hillside in the Luberon, amid pale stone scenery and Provençal hills. Its lanes climb between old houses and vaulted passageways to the château, which overlooks the rooftops and valleys. The village suits travellers who enjoy walking, admiring the architecture and stopping to take in the scenery. The surrounding roads cross countryside dotted with hilltop villages, cultivated fields and limestone landscapes.

Château de Gordes and Saint-Firmin Church are in the village. The Caves of the Palais Saint-Firmin, set into the rock beneath the houses, tell the story of the village’s past activities. The Village des Bories features dry-stone buildings characteristic of the region. Sénanque Abbey, set in a valley, is known for its Cistercian architecture and lavender fields, which are particularly colourful in summer. A car makes it easier to visit other villages in the Luberon; the train stations at L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Cavaillon are outside Gordes.

A day can begin with a visit to the lanes and château, then continue to the bories or the abbey. In the late afternoon, the light on the façades and hills changes quickly, making spring and autumn pleasant seasons for walks. Summer days are hot, and the most popular sites are more comfortable to visit early in the morning. Lavender blooms around Sénanque in early summer; nearby markets also offer a chance to discover produce from the Luberon.
