La Garriniere

La Garriniere offers three double rooms, each accommodating two people and featuring a private bathroom. They also have air conditioning, a kitchenette or kitchen, a coffee machine and soundproofing. All three rooms overlook the garden and provide access to a private pool. As they have identical names, their sizes and facilities set them apart: two rooms measure 19 m² and 17 m², while the third covers 35 m².

The 19 m² room has a kitchenette and an outdoor dining area. The 17 m² room also overlooks the pool; its private toilet is on the landing. The largest room has a kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a balcony and a terrace overlooking the garden. All rooms have a large double bed. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, a microwave and kitchenware; a shower or bath and a hairdryer are also provided.

La Garriniere has several outdoor areas where you can enjoy Saint-Raphaël’s climate: a garden, a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and a picnic area surround the house. The private pool, which is heated and covered when not in use, completes this relaxing space. Sun loungers and parasols are also available. For more active pursuits, you’ll find a table tennis table, a games room, board games and puzzles.

The rooms have air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing; the upper floors are accessible by stairs only. The bathrooms are equipped with free toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. An airport shuttle and luggage storage are available, as are massages and a massage chair. There is a café on site. Indoor parking is free and private, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. The nearest golf course is less than 3 km away.

Saint-Raphaël stretches between the Mediterranean coast and the Estérel hills, in an area of the Var where beaches, residential neighbourhoods and hills sit side by side. The town has a distinctly seaside feel, with its harbour, seafront promenades and swimming spots, while neighbouring Fréjus adds a wealth of history to a coastal visit. La Garriniere is in a residential area, away from the bustle of the seafront, with a garden and pool for relaxing.

Fréjus Beach and the beaches of Saint-Raphaël are about 3 km away. Fréjus’s historic centre preserves Roman remains, including an ancient theatre, as well as an episcopal complex around the cathedral. The Saint-Raphaël Archaeological Museum displays collections relating to local history. For a change of scenery, the Estérel Massif features red rocks, ridges and hiking routes above the Mediterranean. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station, 2.8 km away, serves the town and makes it easy to travel along the coast; a car is useful for exploring the trails and nearby beaches.

Summer is a good time for swimming and boat trips, but the coast is very busy and the heat can be intense. Spring and early autumn bring milder temperatures for exploring the Estérel trails or visiting Fréjus on foot. You can spend the day walking around the town centre, taking a break by the water and hiking in the massif; in September, the sea is often still pleasant after the peak summer crowds have left.
