La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison is rented as a whole and has one bedroom for two guests. The house covers 35 m² and is arranged over two levels: the entrance, living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, while the bedroom, bathroom and toilet are upstairs. This layout separates the living area from the sleeping area.

The bedroom has a very large double bed and a private bathroom. The house combines this sleeping area with a living room featuring a seating area and dining area, as well as a kitchen equipped for preparing meals. The terrace extends the indoor space into the garden. Views of the sea and garden accompany the private swimming pool. Air conditioning, soundproofing and a flat-screen TV complete the house’s facilities.

The house combines practical facilities with several outdoor spaces. You have access to free indoor parking, Wi-Fi in the bedroom and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a bath complete the everyday facilities. The kitchen and kitchenette allow you to prepare meals, while the dining table provides a place to eat indoors.

The garden has outdoor furniture, a dining area and a sun terrace. The private swimming pool, a second outdoor pool, sun loungers and pool or beach towels make swimming easy. An open-air bath and a solarium complete the outdoor facilities. The house is for adults only. Express check-in and check-out make arrival easier, and the reception is open 24 hours a day. Activities such as hiking, horse riding and canoeing are also available.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a hilltop village in the hinterland of Nice, known for its cobbled lanes, ramparts and art galleries. La Petite Maison is set among the stone buildings and hills, a short distance from the old village. Visitors can explore the narrow passages, discover the fountains and old houses, then take in views across the countryside and coast. The atmosphere combines Provençal heritage with artistic life, and the village is busier during the summer months.

Fondation Maeght, dedicated to modern and contemporary art, is 460 m away. In the village, the Collégiale de la Conversion-de-Saint-Paul and Fondation CAB offer further visits, combining historic architecture and exhibitions. The beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer can be reached by car, and Cagnes-sur-Mer railway station is 5 km away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 7 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, the coast and other towns in the region; the house’s private parking lets you leave it on site.

Spring and early autumn are well suited to walks through the lanes and visits to the art foundations, with temperatures generally milder than in midsummer. In summer, you can spend the morning in the village, then head to the coast for a swim. A day in Nice gives you the chance to discover Place Masséna, Palais Lascaris and Promenade du Paillon before returning to the quiet hills in the evening. The village can also be visited out of season, when the streets are less lively.
