La Villa Dune, Hôtel & Spa

The rooms and suites at La Villa Dune, Hôtel & Spa accommodate two people, except for the Two-Bedroom Suite, which is designed for four. All have air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a minibar. The Petite and Standard rooms are the most compact, while the Superior and Deluxe categories have a balcony, a terrace and garden views.

The suites differ in their features and capacity: one has a private swimming pool, another a hot tub, and the Two-Bedroom Suite includes a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Double rooms have either a double bed or a large double bed, depending on the category. The suites also have a terrace; some include a sofa. Each accommodation is designed for a stay for two, while the family suite can accommodate up to four people.

The outdoor areas include a garden, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area and several terraces, including a sun terrace. Two outdoor swimming pools are available for a swim, and the wellness area includes a spa, a sauna, a hammam, and facial and body treatments. Massages and spa packages are also offered. A shared lounge with a TV completes the communal areas.

The restaurant, bar and snack bar offer a range of dining options. You can also have breakfast in your room or choose a continental or buffet selection. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and services include luggage storage, a concierge and daily housekeeping. Private on-site parking is available by reservation at a rate of €35 per day. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. A shuttle service and room service are also among the services offered.

Saint-Tropez is a port town on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, on the Mediterranean coast of Var. The port, old lanes and beaches offer different atmospheres: you can stroll around the centre, visit museums or spend the day by the water. La Villa Dune is in the area of Bouillabaisse Beach, west of the centre, in a part of town where a beach stay can easily be combined with sightseeing.

Bouillabaisse Beach is 400 m away. In the centre, the Gendarmerie and Cinema Museum traces the town’s history on screen, while the Annonciade Museum displays works connected with painters who visited Saint-Tropez. The citadel overlooks the port and houses the Maritime History Museum. The bus station and ferry terminal are in the port area; Saint-Tropez has no railway station. A car is useful for reaching the towns around the gulf or nearby beaches, and the hotel’s private parking must be reserved.

Visitor numbers rise sharply in summer, and getting around the gulf can take longer. Spring and September often offer a quieter atmosphere for exploring the centre and coastal paths. You could spend a day combining a morning at the beach, a visit to the museum collections and a late-afternoon stroll around the port. Out of season, the lanes and cultural attractions are still a good way to discover the town without limiting your stay to beach activities.
