The rooms and suites accommodate one or two people, from the Double Room to suites with dedicated facilities. They range in size from 12 to 54 m². The accommodation has air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. Several rooms overlook the city or rooftops of Nice, while others face an internal courtyard.

The suites stand out for their seating areas, separate baths and, in some cases, hammams. The Signature Suite adds a 20 m² terrace with views of Mont Boron; some rooms and suites also have a balcony. The Suite with Hammam has a bath overlooking the rooftops. The accommodation is in a building without a lift, between the second and fifth floors.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The rooms are air-conditioned and heated, with daily housekeeping. Each room has a coffee machine or a tray for making a drink; an electric kettle is also provided. Minibars are available in several room categories. The accommodation is for adults only.

Depending on the category, private bathrooms have a shower or bath, as well as towels, bed linen, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A flat-screen TV is provided, and a safe is available for storing personal belongings. The building has no lift: the floors are accessible by stairs only. Luggage storage is available on site. The hotel has no parking or reception; guests enter using a code provided to them.

Nice stretches between the Mediterranean and the first foothills of the Alps, with a centre linking shopping streets, lively squares and old façades. Rue Paradis is in the central area, a short distance from the sea and Albert 1er Garden. This neighbourhood suits visitors who want to alternate between city walks, breaks by the coast and discovering Nice’s heritage without having to organise every journey by car.

Albert 1er Garden opens onto Place Masséna and the Promenade des Anglais, the main seafront promenade. Vieux-Nice invites you to explore its narrow streets, colourful façades and markets; Castle Hill has paths and views over the bay. The Masséna Museum and Charles Nègre Photography Museum offer more cultural options. Centenaire Beach is 310 m away, while Nice-Ville railway station is 930 m away. Tram lines and trains make it easy to get around the city and reach neighbouring towns.

The Mediterranean climate makes Nice pleasant all year round: spring and autumn are well suited to exploring on foot, while summer invites you to split the day between museums and the sea. For a first visit, you can head to Vieux-Nice in the morning, explore the central squares and then walk along Quai des États-Unis in the late afternoon. September light is still gentle, and seafront walks are often quieter than in July and August.
