Le refuge des oiseaux offers two double rooms, each sleeping two guests. Both have a private bathroom, soundproofed walls, a wardrobe, bed linen and towels. Located on the ground floor, they also have heating and a hairdryer. One is furnished with two single beds and has a terrace overlooking the garden; the other has a large double bed.

The first room measures 12 m² and has a terrace overlooking the garden. Its private bathroom has a shower or a bath. The second measures 14 m² and has a large double bed and a walk-in shower. Both rooms are soundproofed and sleep two guests. Bed linen and towels are provided in each room. They also have a wardrobe and a hairdryer.

Le refuge des oiseaux has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a sun terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers and parasols let you enjoy the areas around the pool. A shared lounge, which also serves as a TV room, completes the communal spaces. The rooms are soundproofed, and the entire property is on the ground floor.

Free private parking is available on site, with no reservation required. Breakfast is available à la carte. Pets are allowed on request and may incur an additional charge. The property has no Internet connection. Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 11:00. These times let you plan your arrival at the guest house and access to the communal areas.

Lourmarin is a Provençal village in the Luberon, in the south of Vaucluse. Its narrow streets, old façades and squares invite you to explore on foot, taking in the local heritage and stopping for a drink on a terrace. The surrounding landscape alternates between villages, hills and cultivated land. This is a suitable stop for travellers who want to discover the Luberon from a lively village while still enjoying the quiet of the countryside.

The Château de Lourmarin, 1.7 km away, combines medieval and Renaissance architecture and is open to visitors. Fort de Buoux, 5 km away, offers a glimpse of the Luberon massif’s defensive heritage amid a rocky landscape. Nearby villages, including Vaugines, Cadenet and Cucuron, are well suited to excursions through Provençal streets and squares. Pertuis railway station is 13 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between these villages and the more widely scattered sights. Marseille-Provence Airport is 38 km away.

You can start the day by exploring Lourmarin and its château, then continue along the roads of the Luberon, stopping in a nearby village. In fine weather, terraces and walks outdoors set the pace for sightseeing; spring and autumn bring pleasant conditions for exploring the countryside. In summer, it is best to plan walks for the morning or late afternoon. Wine enthusiasts can also visit the surrounding wine estates.
