Les Gites du Mont Ventoux

Les Gites du Mont Ventoux offers three holiday homes: two 55 m² two-bedroom homes, each for five people, and one 38 m² one-bedroom home for two people. The two larger homes each have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The more compact home has a double bed. Each property has a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, hob and dishwasher.

The outdoor areas and views distinguish the homes. Both two-bedroom properties have a balcony and a terrace; one overlooks the garden and mountains, while the other overlooks the garden and inner courtyard. The one-bedroom home overlooks the inner courtyard and has a terrace. All three properties also have a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. The listed facilities also include air conditioning and a private swimming pool.

Les Gites du Mont Ventoux offers furnished outdoor areas with garden furniture, a dining area and a sun terrace. The garden has a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and enclosed by a fence. Massages are also available, including back, foot, hand and couples' massages. Bédoin is a Provençal village at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the Vaucluse department. Its houses, squares and narrow streets make up a lively village, frequented by walkers and cyclists drawn to the mountain range. Les Gites du Mont Ventoux is in the hamlet of Les Baux, in a rural setting suited to stays that combine outdoor activities with visits to neighbouring villages. A car makes it easier to get around this rural part of the department.

The village of Bédoin is 2.6 km away. It has shops and services, as well as a starting point for reaching the Ventoux roads. Les Demoiselles Coiffées, rock formations sculpted by erosion, are 600 m away. Bauma de la Comba de Curnier cave is 1.1 km away. Further afield, Crillon-le-Brave and its castle offer a stop in a hilltop village with wide views across the landscapes of Vaucluse. Carpentras train station is 16 km away; Marseille-Provence and Nîmes airports are each listed as 74 km away.

Mont Ventoux attracts cyclists, while the trails and natural areas nearby are well suited to hiking. In spring and autumn, temperatures are often pleasant for exploring the villages and wine estates; in summer, outings are best made early in the morning, before the heat sets in.
