Les Lauriers

Les Lauriers has five room categories, from the Small Double Room to the Family Room. All are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms overlook the city. Sizes range from 10 m² for the small room to 25 m² for the family room; the other categories measure 14, 15 or 16 m².

The Standard Double Room and Superior Double Room sleep two, as does the Small Double Room. The Triple Room is named for its category, while the Family Room sleeps four. Depending on the room, the bathroom has a shower or a bath. Bed arrangements vary: a double bed or large double bed in the double rooms, and several configurations in the Triple and Family Rooms. Some rooms are on the ground floor; the upper floors are accessible only by stairs.

Les Lauriers brings together the everyday facilities you need in a city-centre hotel. Rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV; some channels are broadcast by cable. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests with reduced mobility can use the adapted facilities and access the hotel in a wheelchair.

The communal areas include a garden and a terrace. The property also has a restaurant, while continental breakfast is served in the garden from 08:00. In the rooms, you will find towels, free toiletries, a wardrobe or clothes rack and a desk. Bathrooms have a shower or bath, a toilet and toilet paper. Heating is also available. The hotel has no car park, so you will need to arrange parking separately. Reception closes at 21:00, and check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00.

Saint-Tropez is best explored in its lively old town, with narrow streets, warm-toned and pastel façades, shady squares and a waterfront. Village life revolves around the port and Place des Lices, where the Provençal market is held. The neighbourhood suits visitors who want to explore the centre on foot, alternate cultural visits with breaks by the water, and avoid relying on a car for every outing.

Place des Lices is 90 m from Les Lauriers; you will find market stalls there, as well as people playing pétanque beneath the plane trees. The Citadel of Saint-Tropez, 420 m away, houses the Museum of Maritime History and overlooks the gulf. The Annonciade Museum displays works connected with painters who stayed in the region. La Ponche Beach and Fontanette Beach are 450 m away, while the bus station is 600 m away. A car is useful for reaching other beaches around the gulf, especially in summer.

On warm days, you can spend the morning at the market, then visit the citadel and walk along the port before going for a swim. Saint-Tropez is very busy in summer, and traffic on the roads around the gulf can be heavy; setting off early makes day trips easier. Spring and September generally offer a quieter atmosphere for exploring the village and beaches. For a day at sea, boat services from the port also let you explore the coastline without travelling by road.
