The 3-Bedroom House is an entire 92 m² home for up to eight guests. It has three separate bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangement comprises one large double bed, two single beds, one double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath and a shower; there is also an additional toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The living room has a fireplace and a dining area, while the kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine among its appliances. Air conditioning, soundproofing and a flat-screen TV complete the facilities. A balcony and terrace overlook the city. A high chair is also available, which is useful for family meals.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Private indoor parking is on site; it is chargeable and must be reserved in advance.
