Maï Homes - La Villa Bompard is rented as a whole; the rooms are not available to book separately. The house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to fourteen people. Its 350 m² also includes several living rooms, an equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces, making it suited to large families or stays with friends.

The bedrooms are part of the same air-conditioned, soundproofed villa. Some have a private bathroom, while the others share the house’s bathrooms. The villa has double beds and sofa beds. It stands out for its views of the sea, garden, swimming pool, mountains and city. The balcony, patio and terrace extend the living spaces; the private swimming pool and equipped kitchen are available to guests staying at the house.

The villa has a private saltwater swimming pool, garden, balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture. A barbecue and an outdoor dining area complete the outdoor spaces. Sun loungers are available by the pool, which is surrounded by a fence. The open-air bath and solarium also let you enjoy the garden.

Inside, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The house has several living rooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and private bathrooms. Air conditioning and soundproofed bedrooms complete the facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is provided on site. The Bompard neighbourhood, in Marseille’s 7th arrondissement, stretches between the hills and the Mediterranean. Residential streets lead towards the Corniche Kennedy, where you can walk facing the islands and the coast’s small coves. Neighbourhood beaches and gardens on the hillsides give this part of the city a different pace from the centre, while Marseille’s main sights remain within reach.

Parc Valmer, 500 m away, has shaded paths and views over the harbour. Catalans Beach, 1.4 km away, is a popular urban beach for swimming. Palais du Pharo, 1.7 km away, is worth visiting for its architecture and views over the Old Port. Further on, the Old Port is a starting point for walks along the quays and boat trips to the islands; MuCEM hosts exhibitions devoted to Mediterranean civilisations. Marseille-Saint-Charles station is 3.1 km away, and the metro makes it easy to continue your journey around the city.

For a day by the water, you can follow the Corniche, stop at a beach and then head into the centre to explore the port and museums. Spring and autumn are good times for walking when temperatures are milder. In summer, the beaches are very busy and the sun is strong, so it is best to plan outdoor activities for the morning or late afternoon. Hikers can also explore the Marseille coastline and the Calanques trails, taking account of any access restrictions due to fire risk.
