La Maison CHALIOT Hosts & Events offers three double rooms, each for two people and equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. They measure 15 or 19 m² and each has a double bed; the more spacious room offers more room to put your belongings away and move around. Amenities include toiletries, a hairdryer, a toilet and bed linen.

The rooms mainly differ in their bathrooms, views and floor area. One of the 15 m² rooms has a bath and overlooks the inner courtyard; the other has a shower. The third room, which also faces the courtyard, measures 19 m² and has a walk-in shower. Parquet flooring and access to the executive lounge are among the features available.

The shared areas include a terrace with outdoor furniture, a shared lounge and a games room. You can settle in the lounge to read or take a break, then enjoy the board games and puzzles. Heating and air conditioning are among the amenities, while parquet flooring and hypoallergenic facilities complete the indoor spaces. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property.

The rooms are non-smoking and have private bathrooms with either a shower or a bath, depending on the room type. Bed linen, towels, free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Guests staying in the rooms have access to the executive lounge. The terrace also offers furnished outdoor space, and a wake-up service is available. The Baille neighbourhood is in Marseille’s 5th arrondissement, between the city centre and the residential areas stretching south. Its streets combine local shops, urban apartment buildings and access to public transport. It’s a convenient place to stay for exploring Marseille without relying on a car for every trip, while still returning to the relative quiet of a residential neighbourhood after sightseeing.

Baille metro station is 100 m away and provides quick connections to several parts of the city. Place Castellane, with its avenues and transport links, is 600 m away. Heading towards the centre, the Vieux-Port and the Marseille History Museum offer a chance to discover the city’s maritime heritage and history; Saint-Charles railway station is 1.9 km away. Mucem and Fort Saint-Jean extend the walk along the port and the old port districts. Prado beaches are 3.2 km away.

For your first day, you can head to the Vieux-Port, walk along its quays and continue towards the Le Panier neighbourhood and its narrow streets. Another outing takes you to the beaches and green spaces in the south of the city; Calanques National Park is best explored on a longer trip, on foot or by boat, depending on the area you choose. Marseille is worth visiting all year round: spring and autumn are pleasant for walking, while summer is suited to beach days and trips out to sea. The metro makes it easy to travel between these sights and the Baille neighbourhood.
