This 180 m² holiday home has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve people. All the bedrooms are in the same property and each has an en-suite shower; the house has six bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements comprise four very large double beds and two large double beds. It suits large families or groups who want to stay under one roof while having separate bedrooms.

The shared spaces include a lounge with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and streaming services, as well as a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, utensils, a coffee machine and a kettle. Cannes-la-Bocca occupies the western part of Cannes, along the Mediterranean coast. This residential neighbourhood combines town streets, green spaces and access to beaches; it has a more everyday atmosphere than the area around the Palais des Festivals. Families and groups can alternate between swimming, seaside walks and trips to Cannes city centre, then return to a lively neighbourhood.

Bocca Beach and Midi Beach provide access to the shore and coastal walks. Midi Beach is 750 m away. To explore Cannes’ heritage, the Museum of World Explorations is in the historic Suquet district, on the heights above the old port; it is 3 km away. The Château de la Croix des Gardes and its wooded hills offer another setting for walks, 1 km away. Cannes-la-Bocca railway station connects the area to the regional rail network and is 1.2 km away; two other railway stops, La Frayère and Le Bosquet, are also nearby.

A day can begin with a swim, continue with a look around Suquet’s narrow streets and end on the seafront. For a longer outing, Cannes city centre offers the Croisette and access to the port. In summer, the beaches are very busy, and the heat makes it preferable to go in the morning or late afternoon. Spring and the shoulder season are suitable for walks, with generally milder temperatures. Rail links also make it possible to visit neighbouring towns without taking the car.
