La Maison intra muros has two villas, with either one or two separate bedrooms. The one-bedroom villa measures 40 m² and has a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The two-bedroom villa offers 80 m², two bedrooms, two living areas and two bathrooms. Both villas have a kitchen, air conditioning and a terrace with city views.

Each villa has a hot tub, a barbecue and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchens include a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. The one-bedroom villa has a large double bed and a sofa bed; the two-bedroom villa has two large double beds and four sofa beds. These spaces can accommodate families or groups of travellers.

The villa has free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. Pets are welcome at no extra charge. The spaces have air conditioning, while the terrace, balcony and patio let you enjoy the outdoors. A hot tub and barbecue are also among the facilities.

Each villa has a kitchen or kitchenette with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A table and an outdoor dining area let you eat on site. You can alternate heritage visits with walks along the Rhône and stops at covered markets. The villa is within the city walls, in a neighbourhood that is easy to explore on foot.

The Palais des Papes, a vast medieval residence of the pontiffs, is 400 m away. Pont Saint-Bénézet, known for its song and its arches above the Rhône, is 600 m away. The gardens of Rocher des Doms offer walks and views of the river and surrounding area. Les Halles d’Avignon has stalls selling regional produce, while Avignon-Centre railway station is 1 km away. A car can be useful for visiting other towns in Provence; in the centre, the main sights are within walking distance.

In spring and autumn, temperatures are generally suitable for outdoor visits and trips to villages in the Vaucluse. Summer brings a lively atmosphere, especially during the festival, and more visitors to the historic streets. You can start the day with a visit to the Palais des Papes, continue with a walk along the ramparts and finish by the Rhône.
