The rooms at Le Mas de l'ile are set on the ground floor and all have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a terrace. Three 20 m² rooms accommodate two guests: two have a large double bed, while the third has two single beds. The first overlooks the garden; the other two offer pool views. The 24 m² Family Suite can accommodate up to four guests. It has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a living area. Its terrace overlooks the garden and pool. With beds spread across two bedrooms and a living area, it suits families and guests who would like to sleep separately.

Le Mas de l'ile has a garden, a sun terrace and a seasonal heated outdoor pool. Sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are provided for enjoying the outdoor areas. Its city walls still trace the outline of the old town, while its squares and pedestrian streets invite you to take your time between visits.

The Palais des Papes dominates the square of the same name and bears witness to Avignon's role in the 14th century. Pont Saint-Bénézet, known as the Pont d'Avignon, retains some of its arches on the banks of the Rhône. The Rocher des Doms has a garden and views over the river, the city and the surrounding area. Avignon-Centre railway station is 2.4 km away; the TGV station, further out, makes travel to major cities easier. The historic centre is about a 30-minute walk from the property.

The city is worth visiting in different seasons: spring and autumn are pleasant for exploring the streets and gardens, while summer brings the squares and stages of the Festival d'Avignon to life. You could start the day at the Palais des Papes and the Musée du Petit Palais, then continue with a walk to the bridge and along the city walls. For a change of scene, the ferry at the Rocher des Doms takes you to the other bank of the Rhône. Avignon is also a stopover for discovering the landscapes and villages of Vaucluse.
