Bed linen and towels are provided, and air conditioning helps keep you comfortable in warm weather.

It suits visitors who enjoy exploring on foot, moving from the beach to the old streets and reaching the city centre’s main open spaces without straying far from the coast.

Castle Hill overlooks the neighbourhood and offers paths, gardens and views across the bay. Cours Saleya hosts a lively market, while the nearby narrow streets lead to Sainte-Réparate Cathedral and Place Rossetti. The Matisse Museum and MAMAC offer different perspectives on Nice’s art scene and modern art. The tram and railway stations connect the centre with other neighbourhoods; Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 4.6 km away. Pebble beaches line the Promenade des Anglais and the quays in the centre.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to explore the old town, visit museums and walk along the seafront without the summer heat. In summer, swimming and long evenings on the coast shape the days; it is worth bringing suitable footwear for the pebble beaches. A walk could start at the Cours Saleya market, continue through the narrow streets of Vieux-Nice and finish on Castle Hill, with views over the rooftops and the sea.
