Résidence Aston la Scala offers five types of apartments and studios for two or four people. The 50 m² apartments have a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room; the 40 m² apartments accommodate two people. The studios and the loft apartment are 20 m². Each unit has a private bathroom and air conditioning.

The equipped kitchens or kitchenettes include, among other things, a fridge, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A dining area, coffee machine and flat-screen TV complete the facilities. Some apartments have a city view, while the accessible studio has a kitchenette. Bed arrangements vary by category: an extra-large double bed, a double bed or an additional sofa bed in the two-room apartments.

Résidence Aston la Scala provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The apartments have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine; kitchen facilities include, depending on the unit, a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher.
