The entire villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve people. At 200 m², it brings together several sleeping areas and two living rooms, allowing families or groups of friends to share the house while having separate rooms. The five en-suite bathrooms make stays with a group easier. Air conditioning, soundproofing and bed linen are provided in the accommodation.

The rooms offer views of the sea, the garden or the town. The balcony, patio and terrace extend the living spaces outdoors. The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge and a coffee machine. The eight beds comprise double beds and single beds.

The villa has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site, with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine and teapot are provided for preparing drinks, while the dining table and outdoor dining area offer several places to eat. A washing machine, household linen and cleaning products complete the practical facilities.

Outside, the garden, patio, balcony and sun terrace provide space to relax. A barbecue and barbecue equipment are available, as well as sun loungers and badminton equipment. A flat-screen TV, cable and satellite channels, a radio and board games provide entertainment. The villa is air-conditioned and soundproofed, and Wi-Fi is free throughout the accommodation. Saint-Raphaël is a seaside resort in the Var, on the Mediterranean coast between Cannes and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Its centre combines urban beaches, a marina and shopping streets, with a way of life shaped by the sea and walks along the quays. The town suits stays where you want to alternate swimming, exploring on foot and trips inland. The villa is in the centre, about 370 m from Veillat Beach.

The Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire, known for its Romano-Byzantine architecture, and the Saint-Raphaël Archaeological Museum offer a glimpse of local heritage. The Louis de Funès Museum is dedicated to the actor. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station, 250 m away, connects the centre with other towns along the coast; Veillat Beach and Beau Rivage Beach are also within walking distance. For a day in nature, the Estérel Massif, about 10 km away, has hiking trails among its red rocks and pine forests.

In summer, the beaches and harbour become lively; spring and early autumn are better suited to walks and excursions, with often milder temperatures. You can spend a morning at the market and on the seafront, then head to the Estérel for a walk or to enjoy the coves. A car makes it easier to explore along the coast, but the centre and railway station are within walking distance of the villa.
