The villa is a 60 m² self-contained property designed to accommodate up to six guests. It has two separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and two private bathrooms. Each bedroom has an extra-large double bed; the sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. This layout allows a family or small group to share the communal areas while having separate bedrooms.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. A coffee machine and kettle complete the facilities for preparing meals. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV are also provided. The terrace opens onto sea views, while the garden offers a different outlook. The patio extends the living areas outdoors.

The villa has a terrace, patio and garden, with outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. A picnic area is also available.
