Villa Bellabé

Villa Bellabé offers two 20 m² double rooms and a 40 m² studio. Both double rooms have garden views, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, soundproofing and a minibar. Each accommodates up to two people and has a sofa bed and a large double bed. Their features are not quite identical: one has wooden flooring, while the other has a private entrance.

The studio, which sleeps three, offers more space and a different layout. Its kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, kitchenware, an electric kettle and a hob. A dining area and a terrace complete this option, which also has a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. All three accommodation options have a private bathroom; the studio stands out for its kitchen facilities and access to the terrace.

Villa Bellabé brings together a range of facilities for enjoying both indoor and outdoor spaces. The garden, outdoor furniture and terraces, including a sun terrace, offer different places to relax. Families will find outdoor play equipment for children as well as board games. A water park and mini golf are also among the facilities on offer. Luggage storage and concierge services complete the available services.

Free parking is available nearby; it is public and does not require advance reservation. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. These include a private bathroom, a shower, free toiletries, a hairdryer and a seating area. An electric kettle and a sofa are also among the room amenities. Family rooms are available for family stays. Breakfast includes homemade cakes and is served each morning. Nice stretches between the Mediterranean and the hills, and Villa Bellabé is in its western part, in a neighbourhood where residential streets meet parks and beaches. This part of the city has a quieter pace than the lively streets in the centre, while still offering access to the seafront and Nice’s cultural attractions. You can alternate between swimming, strolling through gardens and visiting museums.

Fabron and Sainte-Hélène beaches provide access to the coastline, with its pebbles and seafront promenade. The Anatole Jakovsky International Museum of Naïve Art displays a collection devoted to this art form in Château Sainte-Hélène. Further east, the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice invites you to discover works in a former residence in the city. For a stroll, Parc de l’Indochine and Parc Carol de Roumanie provide green spaces in the neighbourhood. The old town, with its narrow streets, markets and colourful façades, can be explored further east.

The Mediterranean climate makes Nice pleasant to visit in every season: summer is suited to days at the beach, although the seafront is very busy then, while spring and autumn are good for walks around the city. You can start the day with a cultural visit in western Nice, continue along the coast and finish in the streets of Vieux-Nice. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 2.3 km away, and Sainte-Hélène beaches are 1.3 km away. Allow time to cross the city and enjoy the different stops on the way to the central neighbourhoods.
