Villa Berlioz

The rooms at Villa Berlioz accommodate one or two people and all have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and soundproofing. They range from 10 to 20 m². Options include a single room, Standard Double Rooms, Superior and Deluxe categories, as well as a room with twin beds or a double bed, depending on the configuration available.

Several categories have a balcony, including the Deluxe Queen Room and the King Room with Balcony. Other rooms, such as the Standard Double and Standard King, do not. Some have a minibar and a courtesy tray with a kettle; an electric kettle is also provided in one of the rooms with twin beds. Bathrooms have either a shower or a bath, depending on the room, as well as toiletries, slippers and a dressing gown. Beds range from a single bed to a super king-size double bed.

Villa Berlioz provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The rooms are air-conditioned and non-smoking; heating is also available to adjust the temperature according to the season. Every accommodation has a courtesy tray with a kettle, while a teapot or coffee machine is also provided for hot drinks. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Nice lies between the Mediterranean and the first foothills of the Alps, with a lively urban centre, colourful façades and a long seafront promenade. Villa Berlioz is in the railway station district, a convenient area for reaching different parts of the city. Pebble beaches, museums and shopping streets make it easy to alternate cultural visits with breaks by the water.

Nice-Ville railway station is 250 m away and connects the region by train. From the hotel, you can reach the beaches of the Baie des Anges, including Sporting Plage, about 900 m away. The Musée Masséna, housed in a Belle Époque villa, showcases the history and arts of the Riviera. The Musée Marc Chagall houses an extensive collection dedicated to the artist. Further east, the old town invites you to explore its narrow streets, ochre façades and the market on Cours Saleya; Castle Hill offers views over the bay and Nice’s rooftops. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 4.1 km away.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks around the city, with often mild temperatures for visiting museums and strolling along the coast. In summer, the sea and beaches attract more visitors; it is best to plan outdoor activities for the morning or late afternoon. For a varied day out, you can explore the heritage of Vieux-Nice, have lunch in the district and then follow the Promenade des Anglais until sunset. Trains from Nice-Ville also make it possible to take a trip along the coast without a car.
