VILLA CANZOMY

VILLA CANZOMY offers three 20 m² double rooms, each designed for two people. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private entrance. They are also soundproofed. One overlooks the garden and pool, while the other two face a quiet street.

Two rooms have a kitchenette. One includes a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a fridge and a coffee machine; the other has a fridge, a microwave, a hob and kitchenware. The room with a pool view has an extra-large double bed. The other two have a large double bed and a terrace overlooking the quiet street.

The outdoor areas include a garden, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and terraces. Sun loungers and parasols make it easy to enjoy the garden and poolside. The rooms have air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area complete the facilities, while tiled or marble flooring is practical for everyday use.

Free Wi-Fi is available, and private on-site parking is free, subject to reservation. The rooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom; some also include a kitchenette or a coffee machine. A continental breakfast is served on site. Bathroom facilities include a shower or bath, a toilet, towels and a hairdryer. The property also has heating and facilities for guests with hearing impairments.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence is an elevated Provençal village, known for its ramparts, cobbled lanes and stone houses. Galleries and artists’ studios are part of the old village fabric, where you can explore vaulted passages, discover historic gateways and stop in the squares. The village appeals to visitors interested in art, architecture and walks in a Mediterranean setting. VILLA CANZOMY is in a residential area away from the busiest streets.

The Fondation Maeght, a museum of modern and contemporary art with sculptures in its gardens, is 890 m away. In the village, Fondation CAB presents a collection dedicated to design and minimal art. The lanes lead to the collegiate church and Sainte-Anne Chapel, among other places. Cagnes-sur-Mer and its railway station are 6 km away; the coast and its beaches are about 7 km away. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport makes flying here convenient, and a car is useful for reaching neighbouring towns and the coast.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for walks around the village and visits to its collections, with temperatures generally suitable for outdoor activities. In summer, mornings are pleasant for exploring the lanes before the hottest part of the day; the afternoon can be spent by the pool or on the coast. A day could combine a visit to the Fondation Maeght, a walk along the ramparts and a trip to the villages of the Alpes-Maritimes. Nice and Antibes offer further cultural visits and seaside walks throughout the year.
