Villa Clémentine

Villa Clémentine is rented as a whole: you have a 105 m² villa that accommodates up to six guests, rather than rooms booked separately. The house has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. The beds comprise one large double bed and two double beds, spread across the bedrooms.

The equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals and includes a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The villa also has air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool; a patio provides additional outdoor space. Both bathrooms have a shower or bath, and bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa combines practical facilities with several spaces for enjoying the outdoors. The garden, patio and terrace are furnished with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A private pool completes the outdoor area, and the barbecue lets you cook outside. The self-contained accommodation is on the ground floor and also has an outdoor dining area.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, fireplace and seating area. The flat-screen TV offers streaming services and satellite channels. Air conditioning, heating and soundproofing complete the facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is provided on site.

Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is a small Provençal town surrounded by the limestone hills of the Alpilles. Its old lanes, stone façades and squares give the centre a village feel, with markets and café terraces adding to its lively atmosphere. Visitors come to wander through the old town, discover local history and enjoy a landscape of garrigue, olive groves and pine forests. The villa is in a residential neighbourhood, a short distance from the central streets.

Porte Saint-Paul and the streets of the old town are within walking distance, while Musée Estrine displays works connected with Vincent van Gogh and regional art. The remains of Glanum, including its triumphal arch and mausoleum, can be visited just outside the town, near the Saint-Paul-de-Mausole site. The Alpilles trails offer hiking routes and viewpoints over the hills. Tarascon railway station is 14 km away; Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes Airport is 33 km away.

You can start the day at the Saint-Rémy market, then visit Glanum and walk through the protected landscapes of the Alpilles. Spring and autumn are particularly suitable for walks, with milder temperatures; summer brings hot days and larger crowds in the Provençal villages. In September, country roads are well suited to trips to wine estates and neighbouring villages. A car makes it easier to explore beyond the centre, particularly Les Baux-de-Provence and the landscapes of the Alpilles.
