Villa Constance - Antibes

Villa Constance offers three self-contained apartments: two two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment. The first two measure 80 m² each and include a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The one-bedroom apartment offers 45 m², with a separate living area and a bathroom. These layouts let you choose between a larger apartment for a family stay and a more compact space.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine and a terrace overlooking the garden. The apartments also have a private swimming pool and a private bathroom. One of the two-bedroom apartments has a balcony in addition to its terrace; the other offers a view of the swimming pool. Sleeping arrangements include double beds and a sofa bed in the two-bedroom apartments, while the one-bedroom apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed.

The villa has a private outdoor swimming pool, with sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels. The garden and landscaped outdoor areas include a picnic area, outdoor furniture and a sun terrace. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, and the apartments are air-conditioned. There is also a flat-screen TV in the apartments.

Free private parking is available on site and includes an electric vehicle charging point; accessible parking spaces are also available. The kitchens are equipped for preparing meals, and each apartment has a washing machine. An airport shuttle is available, with transfers to and from the villa. The garden, terraces and swimming pool offer a range of outdoor spaces to relax in between outings in Antibes and days at the beach.

Antibes stretches between its old town, harbour and Mediterranean beaches, along the coast of the Alpes-Maritimes. Villa Constance is in a residential area east of the city centre. The coastline alternates between sandy beaches, coves and marinas; the city appeals to both swimming enthusiasts and visitors interested in history and museums. The Fontonne neighbourhood is quieter than the lively streets of Old Antibes.

Fort Carré, a historic fortification overlooking the harbour, is a notable city landmark. In the historic centre, the Picasso Museum is housed in Château Grimaldi and features works by the artist as well as exhibitions. Vaugrenier Park has walking trails and green spaces, while Fontonne Beach and Vaugrenier Beach are places to spend the day by the water. Antibes railway station is 2 km away; trains serve the towns along the coast. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 8 km away.

To explore Antibes, you could spend a morning walking along the ramparts and through the narrow streets of the old town, then head to the seafront for the afternoon. Summer is lively and the beaches are very busy; spring and early autumn are generally quieter times to visit the city and walk along the coast. A trip to Biot also offers the chance to discover a nearby village known for its glass workshops. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding area, while the train connects several destinations on the French Riviera.
