Villa du Chateau

Villa du Chateau offers an apartment with a terrace, designed to accommodate up to four people. The 48 m² space has a separate bedroom and a living room, keeping the sleeping area distinct from the living space. The private bathroom has a shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a private entrance.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and utensils. A coffee machine and dining table complete the space. The living room has a sofa and a flat-screen TV; a washing machine is also provided. The terrace, patio and garden views distinguish this apartment. The sleeping arrangements comprise one large double bed and two sofa beds.

Outdoor spaces are a key feature of Villa du Chateau: the garden, patio and terrace offer places to sit outside. Outdoor furniture and a dining area let you make the most of these spaces. The beach is another attraction of this accommodation. Indoors, air conditioning, heating and soundproofing add to the comfort of the apartment.

The kitchen and dining area have equipment for preparing and enjoying meals, while the washing machine is useful for longer stays. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. The accommodation also has luggage storage, a safe and family-friendly facilities such as socket covers and books or DVDs for children. Pets are allowed on request; an additional charge may apply. A flat-screen TV, cable channels, and audio and video players complete the facilities.

Nice stretches between the Mediterranean and the hills, with neighbourhoods each having their own character. Villa du Chateau is in the residential Baumettes area, west of the centre, where streets lined with buildings and gardens lead towards the seafront. The neighbourhood suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, walks and cultural visits without staying on the busiest streets of the old town.

The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice is 150 m away; its collections are housed in a villa surrounded by a garden. The beaches of the Baie des Anges are within walking distance, and La Vela Beach is 470 m away. Head towards the centre to walk along the Promenade des Anglais, discover the colourful façades of Vieux-Nice and visit the Palais Masséna. Nice-Ville station is 1.4 km away, while Place Masséna is 1.7 km away. Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport is 3 km away; the free private parking can be useful if you are travelling by car.

Nice is a year-round destination: mild spring and autumn days are well suited to walks along the coast and excursions into the hinterland. In summer, the sea and beaches set the pace, with visitor numbers higher. You can spend a morning exploring the collections at the Musée des Beaux-Arts, continue to the seafront, then head to the old town in the late afternoon to stroll through its narrow streets and sample Niçoise specialities.
