The holiday home has five bedrooms and accommodates up to ten people. All under one roof in a 200 m² property, they suit family or friends’ stays, with shared spaces for meals and relaxing together. Plage de la Darse is 400 m away. Around the port of Nice, the quays and Vieux-Nice invite you to explore narrow old streets, colourful façades and markets. Castle Hill offers walks and views over the bay; the Musée Matisse and MAMAC are options for spending part of the day exploring art. Fort du Mont-Alban is a reminder of the defensive importance of these heights. Nice-Riquier and Villefranche-sur-Mer railway stations are each 1.7 km away, and Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 6 km away. Public transport and taxis make it easier to travel between the district, the centre and the seafront.

Nice is worth visiting all year round, with the beach season particularly lively in summer. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures are well suited to walks along the coast and excursions to Villefranche-sur-Mer or Cap Ferrat.
