Villa Indigo

Villa Indigo is rented as a whole: this 240 m² villa brings together four separate bedrooms and four private bathrooms. It accommodates up to 12 people. The beds comprise eight single beds and two large double beds. The villa is air-conditioned and has a living room with a fireplace and dining area. The private pool and views of the garden, pool or inner courtyard characterise the villa’s spaces.

The equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower. Outside, the terrace and barbecue overlook the garden and private pool. The four bedrooms provide separate spaces within the house, while the kitchen and living room are places to share meals and time together in the villa.

Villa Indigo’s outdoor spaces include a private saltwater pool, a garden, a sun terrace and furniture for dining outdoors. A barbecue and barbecue facilities make it possible to cook outside; sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels complete the amenities. The table tennis table and badminton equipment provide activities on site.

The villa has a kitchen with a coffee machine and tea-making facilities, as well as a dining area. The entire accommodation is wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. Free private parking is accessible to guests with reduced mobility and must be reserved. Wi-Fi is free in the bedrooms. Pets are allowed at no extra charge, and bowls are provided for them. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is a small Provençal town surrounded by the limestone landscapes of the Alpilles. Its centre brings together old streets, shady squares and stone-fronted houses; the market in Place de la République brings the town to life. Visitors also come for its ancient history and Saint-Rémy’s connection with Vincent van Gogh. The surrounding countryside combines olive groves, wine estates and walking trails.

The remains of Glanum and the Roman triumphal arch lie south of the town, while the Saint-Paul-de-Mausole priory recalls Van Gogh’s time in the region. At the Musée Estrine, exhibitions devoted to art and the artist round off the visit. The Musée des Alpilles presents local history and traditions. From Villa Indigo, the Musée Estrine is 1.2 km away; Les Antiques is 1.1 km away. Tarascon railway station, 15 km away, provides connections across the region. A car is useful for exploring the villages and landscapes of the Alpilles; free private parking is available at the villa by reservation.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks and sightseeing, with temperatures generally milder than in summer. On hot days, you can spend the morning in the historic centre or at the ancient sites, then enjoy the shade of the olive trees and the outdoor spaces. The Alpilles trails invite you to go walking, while wine estates and markets offer a chance to discover Provençal produce. In summer, plan your visits for early in the day and save the hottest hours for the pool.
