Villa Montfleuri offers two configurations to suit stays of different sizes. The main villa, measuring 140 m², has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate eight people. Villa 2 Chambres has 60 m² of space and is suitable for four guests. Both options have a private bathroom; the main house stands out for its outdoor areas and extensive facilities.

The main villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, while air conditioning and a washing machine complete the facilities. A balcony and terrace offer views of the sea, garden and private pool. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Villa 2 Chambres is a more compact option, with two bedrooms and three beds.

The outdoor areas include a garden, terrace and barbecue facilities. The outdoor pool is equipped with toys, towels and sun loungers; parasols are also available. To add variety to your stay, the property offers bicycle hire and massage services, including full-body, back, head and couples’ massages. Outdoor activities are also available, including hiking, horse riding, diving and fishing. A golf course is less than three kilometres away.

The Tour Carrée and Sainte-Maxime Church can be seen on a walk through the centre, while the town-centre beach is a place to take a break by the Mediterranean. The covered market is 410 m away and Sainte-Maxime ferry terminal is 620 m away; boats serve the Saint-Tropez area. Parc Botanique des Myrtes has shady paths and plant collections. Further east, Pointe des Sardinaux is a popular coastal natural area for walks and views of the shoreline. Nartelle and Cigales beaches offer other places to swim.
