VILLA OCEANE

VILLA OCEANE is rented as a whole: the 110 m² villa comprises three bedrooms, a lounge and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to six people. Sleeping arrangements include three double beds and two sofa beds, spread across the bedrooms and lounge. This layout provides separate spaces for sleeping and spending time together, with a private entrance to the accommodation.

The fitted kitchen lets you prepare meals on site. It includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. The terrace overlooks an inner courtyard and can accommodate outdoor dining. Air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels complete the villa’s amenities. Both bathrooms have a shower or a bath.

The villa has a terrace, a solarium and outdoor furniture for spending time outside. The outdoor dining area lets you enjoy meals in the open air. Inside, the kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. A coffee machine and kitchenware complete the space.

The lounge has a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms are among the indoor amenities. Activities listed among the facilities include hiking, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. Board games or puzzles are also available. Free private parking is near the accommodation; free Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas. The villa is located on the beachfront.

Cannes La Bocca occupies the western part of Cannes, between the Mediterranean coast and the neighbourhoods stretching towards La Napoule. The area has a residential feel, with local streets and access to the beach, while central Cannes retains the buzz of its major events and seafront. Midi Beach is 350 m from the villa. This part of the city may suit travellers who want to alternate swimming with outings without staying on the busiest streets in the centre.

The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, on the Croisette, is 3.7 km away. The old town of Le Suquet, with its sloping lanes and the Musée des explorations du monde housed in the former castle, offers another side of Cannes; the museum is 2.5 km away. Further west, Château de la Napoule and the Henry-Clews Museum can be visited in a historic seaside setting, 4.3 km away. Cannes-la-Bocca station and Le Bosquet stop serve the area, while Cannes station connects the city with other destinations on the French Riviera. Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport is 20 km away.

For a day by the water, you can follow the coast towards the beaches of La Bocca, then head to Le Suquet for views of the port and the Lérins Islands. More visitors come to the coast in summer; spring and early autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for walking around the city and visiting attractions without the same crowds. The Lérins Islands, accessible by boat from Cannes, make it possible to spend a day exploring nature and maritime heritage.
