Villa Riviera

Villa Riviera offers an entire 150 m² villa designed to accommodate up to six guests. It has three bedrooms, three private bathrooms, a kitchen and a lounge. The sleeping arrangements include two double beds and two single beds, making it suitable for a family or a group of friends. Air conditioning and soundproofing are provided throughout the accommodation.

The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool. The villa also has a spa bath, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are available, with possible extra charges for some items. A washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace and flat-screen TV with streaming services complete the indoor facilities.

Villa Riviera has a private pool in the garden, with sun loungers and parasols. The sun terrace has an outdoor dining area and garden furniture. A barbecue and its facilities let you cook outside. The hot tub and open-air bath add to the spaces for relaxation. The self-contained accommodation is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.

Inside, air conditioning, heating and a safe complement the kitchen and lounge facilities. You will find an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The flat-screen TV offers satellite channels and streaming services. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. Free private parking is nearby and available by reservation. Pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge.

La Californie Pezou occupies the heights east of Cannes city centre, in a residential area where the streets rise up from the coast. The neighbourhood has a quieter feel than the busy seafront roads, while keeping the beaches, city-centre shops and conference venues within easy reach. Cannes combines seafront promenades, cultural life and historic districts; you can explore the city on foot or alternate between journeys up the hill and along the waterfront.

La Croisette runs along the bay, with its beaches, grand hotels and gardens. The Palais des Festivals hosts the major events that shape life in Cannes, while the Suquet district retains steep lanes, old houses and views over the harbour. For Provençal produce and a taste of everyday life in the centre, visit Forville Market. Cannes train station is 850 m from the villa and connects the centre with other towns on the French Riviera. You can take a boat from the harbour to the Lérins Islands for a day of walking trails, pine forests and island heritage.

The sea and promenades are worth exploring throughout the year. In summer, the beaches get busier and evenings stretch on along the seafront; spring and early autumn often offer pleasant conditions for exploring the city and its surroundings. You could spend a day in the Suquet district and at Forville Market, then walk along La Croisette to the Palais des Festivals. For a change of scene, plan a trip to the Lérins Islands or the inland villages, taking the terrain and journey times into account.
