Villa Saint Paul

All three accommodation options have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an outdoor space with a balcony or terrace. The two Double Rooms are 18 m² and overlook the garden and swimming pool. They differ in their bathrooms: one has a bathtub, while the other has a shower. Their private balconies offer views of the swimming pool.

The larger 26 m² Studio also has a kitchen and dining area. It is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, oven and hob. The Double Rooms accommodate two or three people, depending on the configuration; the Studio sleeps up to three. Outdoor spaces and views of the garden connect the different rooms with the villa’s surroundings.

Outdoor spaces are a key feature of Villa Saint Paul. A private heated outdoor swimming pool is complemented by a garden, sun terrace and outdoor furniture. Sun loungers or beach chairs and parasols complete the area around the pool. The rooms have a balcony or terrace, and some offer views of the garden or swimming pool.

Indoors, air conditioning, heating and a private entrance are among the general facilities. The rooms have a private bathroom, towels, free toiletries, a bathrobe and a hairdryer. A wardrobe or clothes rack, a socket near the bed and a clothes drying rack are also provided. The Studio has a refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine and dining area. A flat-screen TV and internet access complete the facilities. Private parking is free.

Saint-Paul-de-Vence is a Provençal village perched on the hills of the Nice hinterland. Its cobbled lanes, ramparts and stone houses make it a pleasant place to stroll and explore galleries. Villa Saint Paul is set apart from the centre in a garden setting, while still allowing you to walk to the village. Art and heritage enthusiasts can alternate strolls through the lanes with visits to museums and chapels.

The Fondation Maeght, dedicated to modern and contemporary art, is 490 m away. In the village, the Fontaine de Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the collegiate church are among the stops along the way. Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Consolation is 420 m away. La Colle-sur-Loup, another village in the hinterland, is 1.7 km away. For a day by the sea, the beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer are about 6 km away; Cagnes-sur-Mer railway station connects the coast by train. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 8 km away, and in Nice you can extend your visit with its squares, museums and the Promenade des Anglais.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks through the village and visits to the collections, with temperatures often pleasant for walking. In summer, the coast attracts more visitors; you can spend the morning exploring the lanes and museums, then head to the sea in the afternoon. A trip to Nice lets you discover its squares and gardens before returning to the hinterland. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, beaches and nearby towns, while trains from Cagnes-sur-Mer serve the coast.
