Villa Tricia Cannes

Villa Tricia Cannes offers four rooms: two Superior rooms and two Standard rooms. The first two stand out for their balcony or sea view; one also has a seating area and can accommodate up to four people, thanks to two bedrooms connected by an adjoining door. The other is designed for two guests and has air conditioning. The Standard rooms, also designed for two people, overlook the garden or an inner courtyard.

The two Superior rooms have private bathrooms, while the two Standard rooms share a bathroom. Amenities vary by room: some have a terrace, desk, refrigerator or a tray for making a drink. Sleeping arrangements include double beds or single beds, with different configurations in the Standard Twin Room. The Standard rooms are between the ground floor and basement; the upper floors are accessible only by stairs.

The outdoor areas include a garden, terrace, outdoor furniture and a picnic area with a dining area. A barbecue is also available. Midi Beach is 40 m from the house, and several activities are available nearby, including cycling, hiking, windsurfing, fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving. A golf course is less than three kilometres away. Beach umbrellas are also provided for trips to the coast.

Inside, you’ll find a shared lounge with a TV, air conditioning, heating and a fan. Luggage storage, private check-in and check-out, and board games are available. The shuttle service includes transfers to and from the airport. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Private on-site parking must be reserved and incurs an additional charge. Kitchen facilities include a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and microwave.

Cannes combines Mediterranean beaches with a city lively with cinema, conferences and seaside promenades. Villa Tricia Cannes is in a residential area close to the coast, where the streets lead towards the old town and the quays. The atmosphere changes with the seasons: summer days bring many visitors to the beaches, while spring and autumn often offer temperatures suited to walks.

Midi Beach is 40 m from the house; you can settle by the water to the west of the port. The Musée des explorations du monde, in the historic Suquet district, brings together art collections and objects from different parts of the world, 1.1 km away. The Palais des Festivals and La Croisette offer another view of Cannes, with cultural events, beaches and seaside promenades. Cannes railway station is 1.9 km away, making it convenient to reach the centre and other towns on the French Riviera by train. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport serves the region, with a road connection to Cannes.

To explore the city, you can spend a morning wandering through the streets of Le Suquet and visiting its museum, then walk along the port and head to the beaches. In summer, plan a break in the shade during the hottest hours and opt for the seafront in the morning or late afternoon. Out of season, walks are still pleasant, and the city retains its markets, museums and events. The Cannes Film Festival takes place in spring; visitors arriving at this time will find the city particularly lively around the Palais des Festivals.
